Patient: Mr. GS, Male, Age 17
Mr. GS was evaluated by Dr. Sandlin Lowe at the Amen Clinic on 06/16/2020 and was referred for evaluation and treatment of Cranio-cervical Syndrome.
Current Diagnosis:
- Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, other type.
- Irritability and anger
- Frontal lobe and executive function deficit
- Personal history of traumatic brain injury
- Other personal history of psychological trauma, not elsewhere classified
Chief Complaints on Initial Visit 08/14/2020:
- Brain Fog
- Neck pain
- Neck stiffness
- Midback stiffness
- Anger
- Agitation
- Poor concentration
- ADHD
History:
The patient reported history of head, neck and brain trauma with loss of consciousness.
Exam:
Orthopedic, neurologic, cervical range of motion and palpation examination along with Atlas Orthogonal radiographic imaging and analysis.
Diagnosis:
- Cranio-cervical syndrome
- Segmental and Somatic dysfunction of the cervical spine
Treatment:
Atlas Orthogonal treatment from 25th of September 2020.
Current status:
Patient is under ongoing wellness care.
Outcome:
Mr. GS reported:
- Decrease in brain fog
- Improved mental clarity and ability to process information
- Improved mood
- Improved concentration
- Decrease in neck pain
- Decrease in frequency and intensity of neck and midback stiffness
- Improved cognition and brain function
