Mr. TLG was evaluated by Dr. Sandlin Lowe and Dr. Rebecca Siegel at the Amen Clinic on 3/4/2020 and was referred for evaluation and treatment of Cranio-cervical Syndrome.

History:
The patient reported history of sport related head, brain and neck trauma.
Exam:
Orthopedic, neurologic, cervical range of motion and palpation examination along with Atlas Orthogonal radiographic imaging and analysis.
Diagnosis:
- Cranio-cervical syndrome
- Segmental and Somatic dysfunction of the cervical spine
Treatment:
Atlas Orthogonal treatment from 23rd of September, 2020 to 16th of November, 2020.
Outcome:
Mr. TLG reported:
- Decrease in brain fog
- Decrease in fatigue
- Decrease in frequency and intensity of anxiety and depression
- Improved mental clarity and ability to process information
- Improved mood
- Feels motivated to complete tasks
