Patient: Mr. JSL, Male, Age 48
Mr. JSL was evaluated by Dr. Sandlin Lowe at the Amen Clinic on 11/11/2019 and was referred for evaluation and treatment of Cranio-cervical Syndrome.
Current Diagnosis:
- Anxiety Disorder, Unspecified
- Unspecified Mood Affective Disorder
- Attention and concentration deficit
- Postconcussional syndrome
- Personal history of traumatic brain injury
Chief Complaints on Initial Visit 01/15/2020 :
- Brain Fog
- Neck pain
- Neck stiffness
- Head pressure
- Depression
- Difficulty concentrating
- Anger
- Mood swings
- Fatigue
- Headaches
- Anxiety
History:
The patient reported history of multiple sport related head, brain and neck trauma.
Exam:
Orthopedic, neurologic, cervical range of motion and palpation examination along with Atlas Orthogonal radiographic imaging and analysis.
Diagnosis:
- Cranio-cervical syndrome
- Segmental and Somatic dysfunction of the cervical spine
Treatment:
Atlas Orthogonal treatment from 24th of January, 2020.
Current status:
Patient is under ongoing wellness care.
Outcome:
Mr. JSL reported:
- Decrease in brain fog
- Decrease in headaches
- Decrease in head pressure
- Decrease in neck pain and stiffness
- Decrease in frequency and intensity of anxiety and depression
- Improved mental clarity and concentration
- Improved mood
