Mr. JE was evaluated by Dr. Sandlin Lowe at the Amen Clinic on 09/17/2019 and was referred for evaluation and treatment of Cranio-cervical Syndrome.
Current Diagnosis:
- Dementia with Lewy Bodies
- Personal history of traumatic brain injury
Chief Complaints on Initial Visit 10/10/2019:
- Brain fog
- Headaches
- Forgetfulness
- Fatigue
- Cognitive impairment
- Hallucinations
- Psychosis
- Mood swings
History:
The patient reported history of sport related head, brain and neck trauma.
Exam:
Orthopedic, neurologic, cervical range of motion and palpation examination along with Atlas Orthogonal radiographic imaging and analysis.
Diagnosis:
- Cranio-cervical syndrome
- Segmental and Somatic dysfunction of the cervical spine
Treatment:
Atlas Orthogonal treatment initial treatment day 10th of October, 2019.
Current status:
Patient is deceased
Outcome:
Mr. Emmer reported:
- Improvement in mood
- Improvement in cognition
- Decrease in brain fog
- Decrease in headaches
- Decrease in hallucinations
