Mr. Koehler was evaluated by Dr. Sandlin Lowe at the Amen Clinic on 08/30/2013 and was referred for evaluation and treatment of Cranio-cervical Syndrome.
Current Diagnosis:
Chief Complaints on Initial Visit 01/17/2020:
- Brain Fog
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Neck pain
- Constant headaches
- Dizziness
- Bilateral tinnitus
- Intermittent radiating pain and numbness down L upper extremity
- Blurred vision and diplopia
- Eye strain
- Photophobia
- Hypersensitivity to sound
- Fatigue
- Difficulty concentrating
- Obsessive compulsive disorder
History:
The patient reported history of head and neck injuries including birth trauma.
Exam:
Orthopedic, neurologic, cervical range of motion and palpation examination along with Atlas Orthogonal radiographic imaging and analysis.
Diagnosis:
- Cranio-cervical syndrome
- Segmental and Somatic dysfunction of the cervical spine
Treatment:
Atlas Orthogonal treatment from the 9th of March, 2020.
Current status:
Patient is under ongoing wellness care.
Outcome:
Mr. KK reported:
- Decrease in headaches
- Decrease in brain fog
- Decrease in fatigue
- Decrease in frequency and intensity of anxiety and depression
- Improved mental clarity and ability to concentrate
- Improved mood
- Feels motivated to complete tasks
